In the reservation value, the client must pay 50% (fifty percent) referring to the package and itineraries chosen, at the time of reservation. The rest of the amount must be paid upon arrival in Manaus, before leaving for the tour.
If the customer wants to cancel their reservation with AC VIAGENS E TURISMO, they must contact and request the cancellation of the reservation within 10 days prior to the date of travel.
Once the reservation is canceled, the customer is entitled to a refund of the amount paid, but with a 20% (twenty percent) discount.
